Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms apply to every purchase on unseencourse.com. Please read them before you buy. At checkout you're asked to agree to them.
1. Who we are
Sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands
Struisenburgdwarsstraat 380, 3063 BW Rotterdam, the Netherlands
Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number: 42186446
Email: unseencourse.help@gmail.com
2. What you're buying
Unseen is a digital course: a set of written lessons, templates, AI prompts and (in the Premium edition) extra files and code, delivered as a .zip file that you open in the free app Obsidian. There are two editions, Standard and Premium. The sales page describes what each edition contains.
Unseen is educational content. It is not legal, tax, financial or business advice, and it is not a promise of any income or result (see section 8).
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in euros and are the total you pay, including VAT where applicable. There are no extra costs.
- The price shown at checkout at the moment you pay is the price that applies.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
- You can buy if you are at least 18 years old, or if a parent or guardian agrees to the purchase.
4. How the contract is made
The contract between you and us is made when your payment is completed. We then send an order confirmation with your download link to the email address you entered at checkout. Please check that address carefully. We keep a record of your order, and you can ask us for a copy of your order details at any time.
The contract is concluded in English. Before you click Pay on the Stripe checkout page, you can check and correct all your details.
5. Delivery and the one-time download
- We email you an order confirmation with these terms attached as a PDF and your personal download link. The download unlocks as soon as that confirmation has been sent, usually within seconds of payment, and you can start it from the thank-you page or from the email.
- You need the free Obsidian app (Windows, Mac or Linux) to use the course as intended. The lessons are plain Markdown files, so you can also read them in any text editor.
- Each purchase includes one download. The link is personal and works only once, so please don't forward it. Save the .zip file somewhere safe.
- If your download fails or you lose the file, email us from the address you used to buy. We'll help you get a working copy, as long as the order hasn't been refunded.
- If you pay with a slower method such as SEPA Direct Debit, the download unlocks as soon as the payment has arrived.
6. Right of withdrawal for digital content
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered right away, this right ends once delivery has started, but only if you have agreed to that first.
At checkout we therefore ask you to tick a box to confirm that you:
- ask for the digital content to be made available immediately, and
- understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts.
We confirm this choice, together with these terms as a PDF, in your order email, before the download can start. This is based on article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Separately from the law, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee. See section 7.
7. Our 14-day money-back guarantee
If Unseen isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll give you a full refund. The full details are in our refund policy.
8. No guarantee of results
Unseen teaches a method for building, selling and marketing your own digital product. Any numbers on the sales page or in the lessons, including the revenue calculator, are illustrations of a formula. They are not a promise, a prediction or a typical result. What you achieve depends on your topic, your work, your audience, the market and many other factors outside our control, and many people who take a course earn little or nothing from it. You are responsible for your own business decisions, for following the laws that apply to your business, and for checking anything that matters with a qualified professional.
9. Your licence: what you may and may not do
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the course for yourself, for as long as you like.
You may:
- read and use the course on any of your own devices and keep a backup copy;
- use the templates, prompts, checklists and (Premium) code and sales page template to build and run your own business and products, including commercial ones.
You may not:
- share, give away, upload, resell or otherwise distribute the course, the vault or the .zip file, in whole or in part, or post them on file-sharing or course-sharing sites;
- share your download link with anyone;
- sell or publish the lessons themselves, or a lightly reworded version of them, as your own course or product.
All rights in the course stay with Unseen Course. If you break these licence rules, or if you receive a refund, your licence ends and you must delete your copies.
10. Other companies' tools
The course explains how to use tools from other companies, such as Obsidian, Stripe, Vercel, Resend, Instagram, ManyChat and Claude. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. Their own terms and prices apply, and they can change their products at any time. Obsidian is free to download from obsidian.md.
11. If something is wrong with the course
You are entitled to digital content that matches its description and works as you can reasonably expect (the legal guarantee of conformity). If something doesn't work, for example a broken file or link, email us and we'll fix it or replace it. If we can't, you can ask for a price reduction or a refund under the law. These rights apply in addition to our money-back guarantee.
12. Complaints
Please send any complaint to unseencourse.help@gmail.com with your order email address and a short description. We reply within 14 days. If we can't solve it together, you can take the matter to the competent court (see section 14).
13. Our liability
We provide the course with care, but we can't guarantee it is free of every error or that it suits your particular plans. Our total liability towards you is limited to the price you paid for the course, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit or lost revenue. This does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, and it does not limit your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity (section 11).
14. Applicable law
These terms and every purchase are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to the court where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown on this page when you paid. Changes never apply to purchases already made.
